Happy New Year Everyone!!
Hope everyone had a festive and much needed deload over the holiday season! Looking ahead to 2025, our first programming cycle of the year is going to be Open Prep for the 2025 CrossFit Open!
The focus of this 10 week cycle will be to prepare your body for the intensity of the Open, hence it will be significantly more demanding on the body than the previous cycle. As such, there will be specific recovery days programmed in each week. Strength will take a slight backseat this period with a bigger focus on metcons and overall conditioning. I've also added in a RMU practice cycle having been inspired by all of your BMU progress the past few weeks.

Mon: Snatch / Clean & Jerk Battery
Tue / Wed: Squats / RMU Practice
Thu: Deadlift / Snatch Accessories + Interval Metcon
Fri: Strict C2B + Open Style WOD
Sat - Long Cardio WOD (Eg. Mikkos 🔺️)
Sun - Functional Bodybuilding
