Meeting him, you'd think that he swallowed a loudhailer and a dozen red bulls. But beyond that persona, he has an immense passion for grooming the next generation to become the best they can be.
Co-founder CrossFit Level 2 Trainer CrossFit Weightlifting, Gymnastics Certified Moses has an athletic background in rugby and has been coaching CrossFit since 2011. He is largely passionate about helping others and believes that fitness should be accessible for everyone. He strives to continually develop coaching excellence as it is the gateway to building a safe and fun learning environment. He is also a motorcycle enthusiast. Vroom vroom.

Hard work in the gym is mandatory, but the physical gains are often outweighed by the mental benefits earned. Ultimately his goal is to get people to be able to ask hard questions of themselves.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer CrossFit Weightlifting Certified ACE Certified Personal Trainer The Autism Fitness Level 1 Certified SNWC 2022- U64 kg 3rd SNWC 2023- U64 kg 2nd Agnes started her fitness journey as a dancer, subsequently becoming an Ultimate Frisbee and varsity dragon boat athlete. Having experienced the transformative effects of training, Agnes believes that fitness is a vital component of self-love and self-development and hopes to share that with others.
CrossFit Level 1 Trainer SWF National Team Weightlifter SNWC 2021 - U61kg 2nd SNWC 2022,2023,2024 - U61 kg 1st Syahmi developed his passion for sports and fitness after he found CrossFit by chance. Since then, he has also taken part in multiple olympic weightlifting competitions and is now a part of the national team. He is a strong believer in moving well and moving right, with a strong coaching emphasis on mastering the basics before one can progress to be a better athlete.
