WORKOUTS DESIGNED FOR PROGRESS

Our main programme BASE, follows the CrossFit methodology and encompasses strength work and cardiovascular conditioning training. 

 

The programme is planned in a way that is scalable and able to help people of all levels grow - whether you are looking to build some muscle, learn how to use the barbell or get your first gymnastic skill!​

PASSIONATE COACHING

All our coaches have 5-10 years of experience coaching and are serious about helping individuals become the best version of themselves.

 

We also take pride in having a keen eye for detail, that helps us ensure both movement safety and technical mastery for all our athletes.

" After the pandemic, I was looking for a way to get better at managing my anxiety, so I aimed to do more of something that scares me. That was when I discovered CrossFit, which is cool because it gives me a daily dose of scary stuff I wouldn’t ever think of trying on my own: handstands, bar work, heavy lifts and all that. 


It also provides me with a safe space to try, fail, and progress in acquiring new skills. More than anything, I’m surrounded by a community that constantly reminds me that the sky is the limit and there’s nothing to be afraid of.


This year’s milestone: New 1RM PRs on deadlift, front squat, and back squat, thanks to the new program cycle 🙏
